Born the 26th of February 1968 in Barcelona, Spain, RICARDO ALBINANA JR is the eldest son of the Albiñana family, whose members have been in the advertising, film and TV commercial business for over three generations.
Born the 26th of February 1968 in Barcelona, Spain, RICARDO ALBINANA JR is the eldest son of the Albiñana family, whose members have been in the advertising, film and TV commercial business for over three generations.
Ricardo began his advertising career as an editor and post-production supervisor before taking the next step to becoming a commercial Director. He studied Advertising for a year in Boston and then completed his degree at the IDEP School of Image and Design in Barcelona.
Since then, Ricardo has directed many award-winning TV commercials and even music videos, but it is his work for the advertising world that has catapulted him to international fame and which continues to keep him on the list of the top five Commercial directors in Spain.
